100例已确诊的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者分成两组:治疗组与对照组分别口服盐酸二甲双胍及优降糖。测定服药前及服药两周后空腹及餐后2小时血糖,并进行比较。以观察盐酸二甲双胍的降糖效果。结果表明,盐酸二甲的胍降糖效果明显好于优降糖。
100 cases of type II diabetics have been diagnosed divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group were treated with metformin hydrochloride and glibenclamide. Fasting and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose were measured before treatment and two weeks after taking the medicine, and compared. To observe the hypoglycemic effect of metformin hydrochloride.
