甲状腺机能亢进症(下称甲亢)合并周期性麻痹(下称周麻)发作期间出现房室传导阻滞(AVB)较为罕见。我院自1981年元月至1989年元月诊治甲亢合并周麻29例,伴I°～Ⅲ°AVB 5例。现就其发病机理及治疗原则讨论如下:
Hyperthyroidism (hereinafter referred to as hyperthyroidism) combined with periodic paralysis (hereinafter referred to as Zhou Ma) episodes of atrioventricular block (AVB) is rare. Our hospital from January 1981 to January 1989 diagnosis and treatment of hyperthyroidism combined with 29 cases of Zhou Ma, with I ° ~ Ⅲ ° AVB in 5 cases. Now on its pathogenesis and treatment principles are discussed below:
