本文对41例婴幼儿肺炎心衰患儿在心衰期和恢复期分别检测心电图P波及血浆心钠素(PANP)水平,并与肺炎及正常婴幼儿资料对照。结果,共有31例在心衰期出现P波异常,包括P1电压升高及Ptfv1增大,在恢复期回复正常。肺炎心衰组的PANP水平显著高于对照组,且P波异常者的PANP高于P波正常者。利用心电图P波与PANP水平的动态变化,对诊断婴幼儿肺炎心衰及估计疗效有一定参考意义。
In this paper, 41 cases of infantile pneumonia with heart failure in children with heart failure and convalescent ECG were detected P wave and plasma atrial natriuretic peptide (PANP) levels, and with pneumonia and normal infants and young children data control. Results, a total of 31 cases of P wave abnormalities in heart failure, including increased P1 voltage and Ptfv1 increased in the recovery period returned to normal. The levels of PANP in patients with pneumonia and heart failure were significantly higher than those in controls, and those with abnormal P wave were higher than those with normal P wave. The use of ECG P wave and PANP levels of dynamic changes in the diagnosis of pneumonia in infants and young children with heart failure and evaluate the efficacy of a certain reference value.
