本文首先指出了本课题研究背景,结合常州市机关幼儿园教育集团的实际情况,从用工形式、队伍结构、待遇权益等方面全面梳理和分析了幼教集团化、多元化办学过程中面临的师资问题,集团从体制机制、制度保障、培训提高等方面推进,提升集团办学软实力。提出了健全管理机制,规范用人制度;优化队伍结构,均衡各园力量;依法用工,保障待遇等相应策略和措施,希望对同行集团化办学提供一些有益的帮助,并对今后的研究提出了建议。
This paper first points out the research background of this subject, combined with the actual situation of the kindergarten education group in Changzhou, combs and analyzes the problems faced by teachers in the process of group education and diversified education from the aspects of employment pattern, team structure and treatment rights, The Group has made progress in terms of institutional mechanism, system guarantee, training enhancement and other aspects to enhance the Group’s soft power in running schools. Put forward a sound management mechanism to standardize the employment system; optimize the team structure, balance the power of the park; according to the law to use the work, to protect the treatment of the corresponding strategies and measures, hoping to peer education in the school to provide some helpful and suggestions for future research .
