目前,轨道交通发展方兴未艾,轨道交通企业对专业人才需求旺盛,各专业对学生的综合素质和实践能力要求很高。铁路高职院在专业人才培养过程中,面临专业教育与思想政治教育进一步融合的现实问题,两者有效融合是培养轨道交通高素质技术技能人才的需要,也是培养“铁路人”职业道德的需要。以高职院校轨道交通类专业为例,分析专业教育与思想政治教育方面存在的突出问题,提出了专业教育与思想政治教育融合的主要途径。 At present, the development of rail transit is in the ascendant and the demand for professionals in rail transit enterprises is very high.
