目的:建立一种用拉曼光谱技术快速鉴别和测定对乙酰氨基酚注射液的方法。方法:以对乙酰氨基酚注射液为研究对象,运用拉曼光谱技术对对乙酰氨基酚注射液进行快速鉴别和含量测定。测定条件:显微拉曼光谱仪,激发光波长785 nm,物镜50X,激光功率3 mW,信号采集时间60 s。结果:研究表明,拉曼光谱法可以鉴别对乙酰氨基酚注射液,并能测定此类注射液中对乙酰氨基酚含量,结果分别为99.49%、97.56%、100.2%(规格为2 mL:0.25 g)和97.75%、94.58%、96.25%(规格为1 mL:75 mg),测定结果与HPLC法测定的结果经t检验证明无显著性差异。结论:本方法经方法验证可作为对乙酰氨基酚注射液快速检测的分析方法。
Objective: To establish a method of rapid identification and determination of paracetamol injection by Raman spectroscopy. Methods: Paracetamol injection for the study, the use of Raman spectroscopy of paracetamol injection for rapid identification and determination. Measurement conditions: Raman microscope, excitation wavelength 785 nm, objective 50X, laser power 3 mW, signal acquisition time 60 s. Results: The results showed that the injection of paracetamol could be identified by Raman spectroscopy and the contents of paracetamol in such injection could be determined. The results were 99.49%, 97.56% and 100.2% respectively g) and 97.75%, 94.58% and 96.25% respectively (1 mL: 75 mg). The results of the determination and HPLC showed no significant difference by t-test. Conclusion: This method is validated by the method as an analytical method for the rapid detection of paracetamol injection.
