戈亚芳作为一名土生土长的黑牡丹人,她大学毕业后即进入黑牡丹工作,25年来,她与企业同风雨、共芬芳。2009年至今的8年间,戈亚芳历任黑牡丹党委副书记、总裁,党委书记、董事长。她始终坚持将党建工作融入和内嵌到公司治理结构中,坚持从严治党在公司内部落实落地。在她的带领下,党委领导班子坚强有力、勇担当敢开拓,连续6年荣获常州市“国有企业‘四好’领导班子”称号。全体黑牡丹人在党员的带头示范下众志成城、创先争优,使企业历经70余年而历久弥新。
Ge Ya Fang as a native of Black Peony, she graduated from the university to enter the black peony work, 25 years, she and business with the storm, a total of fragrant.
