我厂85年从捷克引进了一台CLPO 400/55立室冷式压铸机。其液压泵、蓄能器、压射缸之间设置了两只单向阀,见图1。由于该阀设计上的缺陷,使压铸机调试一年多而未能正常运转,无法移交生产。为此笔者承担了排除故障的任务,查明其主要问题如下: (1)从结构设计看,阀芯的运动过程中有一段处于悬臂状态,因此阀芯往复运动过程中定位和复位精度都较差,密封效果不好,一直不同程度地存在内漏。 (2)对阀座、阀芯的硬度进行测量结果表明,阀芯的硬度高达HRC52~57,而阀座上几乎没有硬度。这样,阀芯在蓄能器高压下关闭时,将冲击阀座内锥面,使密封面咬毛并形成泄漏。对实物的检查结果与分析相吻合。 (3)在频繁的往复运动过程中,阀芯易被导向孔
I plant 85 years from the Czech Republic introduced a CLPO 400/55 vertical cold die-casting machine. The hydraulic pump, accumulator, injection cylinder set up between the two one-way valve, shown in Figure 1. Because of the valve design flaws, the die-casting machine debugging more than a year failed to operate normally, can not be transferred to production. To this end I assume the task of troubleshooting, to identify the main problems are as follows: (1) from the structural design, the spool during the movement in a cantilever state, so the spool reciprocating motion positioning and reset accuracy than Poor, poor sealing effect, there has been varying degrees of internal leakage. (2) The valve seat, the valve core hardness measurement results show that the valve core hardness up to HRC52 ~ 57, and the valve seat almost no hardness. In this way, when the valve core is closed under high pressure in the accumulator, the conical surface in the valve seat will be impacted, causing the sealing surface to bite and form a leak. The physical examination results are consistent with the analysis. (3) In the frequent reciprocating motion, the spool easily lead to the hole
