基础教育课程改革的实施过程中占关键地位的是教师群体,在它的实践和推进当中由于缺少对教师群体的身体和情感上的关怀使其遭遇了困境。所以,真正意义上了解到课程改革对于庞大的教师群体的意义是什么,并且分析教师在课改生活中的体验,清楚地知道教师的课改困境,了解清楚这些,对课改的推进十分重要。本文分析课程改革在实施的过程中教师们所遭遇到的困境,并且提出了突破困境的若干条方法,希望能够为教师群体走出困境、改革者反思困境提供一些借鉴。
The key position in the implementation of the basic education curriculum reform is the teacher group. Therefore, what is the meaning of the curriculum reform for the large group of teachers in the real sense, and the analysis of the teacher’s experience in the life of the curriculum reform, clearly understands the difficulties of the teachers in the curriculum reform, understands these clearly, and is very important for the promotion of the curriculum reform. . This article analyzes the difficulties encountered by teachers in the process of implementation of curriculum reform, and proposes several ways to break through the predicament, hoping to provide some reference for teachers to emerge from the predicament and the reformers to reflect on their difficulties.
