目的 :探讨左半结肠癌并发肠梗阻时手术治疗的方法选择 ,方法 :对 1994年到 2 0 0 2年在我院患有左侧结肠癌并肠梗阻的 5 5名住院患者 ,其中 5 1例行Ⅰ期切除吻合术 ,Ⅱ期切除4例吻合 ,结果 :Ⅰ期切除术后肺部感染 1例 ,Ⅱ期手术 1例 78岁男性乙状结肠癌患者术后 3天死于多器官衰竭 .结论 :只要严格掌握适应证 ,左半结肠癌并发肠梗阻的患者施行Ⅰ期切除吻合术能有效提高患者的存活率 ,减轻患者的痛苦 .
OBJECTIVE: To explore the method of surgical treatment for left colon cancer with intestinal obstruction. Methods: Fifty-five inpatients with left colon cancer and intestinal obstruction in our hospital from 1994 to 2002 were enrolled. Among them, 51 Routine stage Ⅰ resection and anastomosis, Ⅱ resection in 4 cases anastomosis, results: Ⅰ stage resection of the lung infection in 1 case, stage Ⅱ operation of a 78-year-old male with sigmoid colon cancer died of multiple organ failure after 3 days. : As long as the indications strictly controlled, left colon cancer patients with intestinal obstruction Ⅰ implementation of resection and anastomosis can effectively improve the survival rate of patients and reduce patient pain.
