在落实中央八项规定精神中,党委主抓,主动扛起作风建设的主体责任,成为落实规定精神的承担者、执行者,是推动作风建设不断取得新成效的关键。从湖北省武汉市的情况看,中央八项规定颁布以来,市纪委先后十余次向市委常委会汇报中央和中央纪委对落实八项规定精神的政策要求和配套规定,强化市委抓党风的主体意识。
