Teachers assume the mission of teaching and educating people and cultivating the builders and successors of the cause of socialist modernization. Teachers occupy a pivotal position in the national strategic level and are therefore crucial to the training of educators. In order to further standardize the professional ranks of teachers, the state has raised the barriers to entry for teachers in the industry.
