目的:分析手术室护理中的不安全因素,探讨针对性的管理对策,为患者及医生提供一个良好的手术环境,保证手术的成功率、提高医疗服务质量。方法:以丽水市人民医院2015年4月~2016年5月手术室工作的36例护士,以2015年10月为分界点,将之前设定为实施前,之后设定为实施后,前者在手术室护理当中采用常规护理模式,实施后护士在护理当中针对手术室的不安全因素采取有针对性的干预措施,比较分析前后两组护士在在心理和生理压力、责任心、术中操作、制度原因、知识和专业技术等方面的差异。结果:通过改进和完善手术室护理相关制度,增强护理人员的责任心与安全意识,能够有效减少手术室护理中的安全隐患,在提高护理水平的同时,改善手术室医疗环境,减少因护理不当导致的医疗纠纷。结论:在手术室护理当中应该定期对护理工作进行调整和完善,达到改善手术室环境,建设和谐医患关系的目的。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the unsafe factors in operating room nursing and to explore targeted management strategies to provide a good surgical environment for patients and doctors, to ensure the success rate of surgery and to improve the quality of medical services. Results: By improving and perfecting the operating room nursing related system and enhancing nursing staff’s sense of responsibility and safety, it can effectively reduce the potential safety hazard in operating room nursing, improve the nursing level, improve the medical environment in the operating room and reduce the risk of improper care Lead to medical disputes. Conclusion: Nursing should be regularly adjusted and perfected in the nursing of operating room so as to improve the operating room environment and build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
