师生关系作为学校环境中最重要的人际关系贯穿整个教育教学过程,这一关系处理得好坏直接关系到德育工作效果,关系到学生的心理健康和全面发展。而构建新型师生关系是新课程环境下的必然要求。它的核心是:师生心理相容,心理接纳,形成师生至爱的情感关系。
As the most important interpersonal relationship in school environment, teacher-student relationship runs through the whole process of education and teaching. The relationship between teacher-student relationship and the quality of education is directly related to the effect of moral education and the students’ mental health and all-round development. The construction of a new type of teacher-student relationship is a necessary requirement of the new curriculum environment. Its core is: teachers and students psychological compatibility, psychological acceptance, the formation of emotional relationships between teachers and students love.
