目的 :对复方“鼻敏康”进行定性鉴别,研究其有效成分黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件。方法 :采用薄层色谱法对处方中黄芪、白术、白芷、五味子进行定性鉴别,利用单因素考察了最佳提取工艺条件,用紫外分光光度法对浸膏总黄酮含量进行测定。结果 :薄层色谱得出该复方鼻敏康中含有黄芪、白术等药材;本方的最佳提取工艺为:70%乙醇提取,提取时间为1.5 h,最佳提取液固比为12:1,最佳提取次数为2次。结论 :薄层色谱实验结果为紫外测黄酮含量提供依据。采用紫外分光光度法测总黄酮含量精密度高,重复性和回收率效果较好,可以确定乙醇提取黄酮的最佳提取工艺。
OBJECTIVE: To qualitatively identify the compound “Nao Min Kang” and study the optimum extraction conditions of its active ingredient flavonoids. Methods: The prescriptions of Astragalus, Atractylodes, Angelica and Schisandra were identified by TLC. The optimum extraction conditions were determined by single factor. The content of total flavonoids in extract was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Results: TLC showed that the compound BMR was contained in Radix Astragali, Atractylodes macrocephalae and other medicinal materials. The best extraction technology of this extract was as follows: 70% ethanol extraction, extraction time 1.5 h, optimum extraction liquid to solid ratio 12: 1, The best number of extractions is 2. Conclusion: The results of TLC experiment provide the basis for the determination of flavonoids by UV. The determination of total flavonoids by UV spectrophotometry has the advantages of high precision, good reproducibility and recovery, and can determine the optimum extraction process of flavonoids extracted by ethanol.
