两年以来,在各級党政領导下,以三結合的样板田为中心,运用现有防治技术,广泛地开展了群众性的消灭甘薯黑斑病运动,取得了显著成績,出現了大批消灭黑斑病为害的县、社、队。同时,經过广大农民群众的生产实践和科学实驗,加深了人們对黑斑病发生规律的认識,防治技术也有了进一步的发展和提高。所有这一切,大大地增强了我們战胜黑斑病的信心和决心,奠定了消灭黑斑病的思想基础和技术基础。为了进一步在全国范围內消灭黑斑病的为害,保証甘薯高产稳产,我們特将两年以来,以样板田为主的大面积防治黑斑病的技术經驗加以初步总結,供生产上参考。
