《语文课程标准》明确指出:“口语交际能力是现代公民的必备能力。应培养学生倾听、表达和应对的能力,使学生具有文明和谐地进行人际交流的素养。”其中“学会倾听”就是指“听人讲话要认真耐心,要能了解把握主要内容,逐步做到‘抓住要点’,理解对方的观点和意图。”而教学艺术很大程度上是“说”的艺术,教师在教学活动中,无论是传授文化知识,培养学生技能,还是启迪学生的智慧,陶冶情操,都离不开口语。说得生动方能听得入神,方能听有所获。因而要提高教学魅力,就必须加强教师各项能力的培养,只有重视“说”的艺术,才能唤起孩子听的兴趣。
“Chinese Curriculum Standard” clearly states: “Oral communicative competence is an essential ability of modern citizens, and students’ ability to listen, express and respond should be cultivated so that students have a civilized and harmonious interpersonal communication literacy.” Listening “refers to ” Listening to people should be conscientious and patient, understand and grasp the main content, and gradually achieve ’seize the key points’ and understand each other’s views and intentions. “The teaching art is largely” “Art, teachers in teaching activities, both to teach cultural knowledge, develop student skills, or to enlighten students wisdom, cultivate sentiments, are inseparable from the spoken language. Put it vividly before you can hear, can only listen to what they have learned. Therefore, if we want to improve the teaching charm, we must strengthen the cultivation of teachers’ abilities. Only by focusing on the art of ”talking", can we arouse the children’s interest in listening.
