本文通过光学显微镜、电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪等手段研究了马氏体时效不锈钢00Cr10Ni10Mo2Ti经形变热处理后的组织与力学性能,主要结果是: ①通过电子衍射观察与计算,确定了该钢的时效相有Ni_3Ti,Ni_3Mo及逆转变奥氏体。 ②该钢经过亚稳奥氏体形变以后,马氏体产生明显细化,同时奥氏体中大量缺陷遗传给马氏体,为时效相的析出提供了更多的场所。 ③形变热处理对马氏体时效不锈钢00Cr10Ni10Mo_2Ti的强化是行之有效的。其产生强化的原因主要为马氏体细化,位错的增加,以及由此而导致金属间化合物更多、更弥散地析出,从而有效地钉扎了位错的运动。
In this paper, the microstructure and mechanical properties of the martensitic stainless steel 00Cr10Ni10Mo2Ti after heat treatment were studied by means of optical microscope, electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. The main results are as follows: ①According to electron diffraction observation and calculation, Phase Ni_3Ti, Ni_3Mo and reverse transformation austenite. ② The steel after metastable austenite deformation, the martensite was significantly refined, while a large number of defects in austenite inherited to martensite, precipitated for the aging phase provides more places. ③ deformation heat treatment of martensitic stainless steel 00Cr10Ni10Mo_2Ti strengthening is effective. The reasons for its strengthening mainly due to the martensite refinement, an increase of dislocation, and the resulting intermetallic compounds more and more diffuse precipitation, thus effectively pinning the movement of dislocation.
