液动冲击回转钻进是一种有效的钻探方法。特别是在不均质岩层,破碎岩层,致密打滑岩层,易斜岩层中钻进效果更为显著。冲击回转钻进具有如下特点。一、钻进效率高自1979年我局第一地质队首先使用射流式冲击器以来,二、三、四、五、六地质队也先后使用了冲击回转钻进。完成工作量4500m 左右,平均时效1.15m,比同径金刚石回转钻进时效提高61.7%,比钢粒钻进提高174%。最近四队对 SX-54-Ⅲ型冲击器进行了新的试验,进尺144.8 m,时效 1m,台效434.6米,比钢粒钻进提高200%。事实表明,冲击回转钻进已成为攻克硬质岩石、提高钻进效率的有效手段。
Hydraulic impact rotary drilling is an effective drilling method. Especially in the uneven rock, broken rock, dense slippery rock, prone to drilling more effective drilling. Impact rotary drilling has the following characteristics. I. High drilling efficiency Since the first geologic team of our bureau first used the jet impactor in 1979, the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth geological teams also successively used impact rotary drilling. The work load is about 4500m, the average aging time is 1.15m, which is 61.7% longer than the same diameter diamond rotary drilling and 174% higher than the steel grain drilling. Recently, the four teams carried out a new test on the SX-54-Ⅲ impactor with a footage of 144.8 m, an aging time of 1 m, and a stage efficiency of 434.6 meters, which is 200% higher than that of steel grain drilling. Facts have shown that impact rotary drilling has become an effective means of capturing hard rock and improving drilling efficiency.
