通过职业技能大赛,使咸宁职业教育(集团)学校(以下简称我校)对现有的课程体系及教学管理进行了改革,并完善校内实训基地的建设,加强了“双师型”教师队伍的建设,从而使人们的教学质量得到了提高。通过参加技能大赛提升我校教师及学生素质,促使人们职业学校的学生展现实践能力风采,能够更好地择业与就业。同时职业技能大赛又存在有负面的问题。
