刺玫果为蔷薇科蔷薇属植物Posa davuisca Pallas的果实。其水、醇粗提物对心血管系统有明显的生理活性。本文报告刺玫果总黄酮(以下简称刺酮)在心血管方面的药理作用。 一、刺酮对血管的作用:用插管测压法,大鼠静注刺酮80mg/kg或160mg/kg,均能明显降低正常血压,10分钟内,分别下降19.3％和28.9％。采用局部血管恒速灌流法,大鼠静注刺酮80mg/kg或169mg/kg,均能明显降低脑血管阻力,10分钟内分别下
Rosa roxburghii is the fruit of Rosaceae Posa davuisca Pallas. The crude extracts of water and alcohol have obvious physiological activities on the cardiovascular system. This article reports the pharmacological effects of total flavonoids of rosacea on the cardiovascular side. First, the role of stibolone on blood vessels: Intubation manometry, rat intravenous injection of 80mg/kg or 160mg/kg, can significantly reduce normal blood pressure, within 10 minutes, decreased by 19.3% and 28.9%. Using local vascular constant velocity perfusion, intravenous injection of 80 mg/kg or 169 mg/kg of oxycodone in rats can significantly reduce cerebral vascular resistance, and decrease within 10 minutes.
