随着计算机的蓬勃发展,网络文化正改变着人们的生活方式,但是由此带来的青少年网络道德文化也越显突出,同时对青少年的道德教育也提出了新的挑战。重视、加强和研究青少年的网络道德教育对构建和谐社会具有深远的意义。道德是调整人们相互关系的行为准则和规范的总和,网络道德是社会道德的反映和延伸,是对信息时代人们通过电子信息网络而发生的社会行为规范和调节的伦理准则,是现实社会中道德的延伸。网络以其全球性、开放性、实效性、交互性,方便了人与人之间的交流,提高了人们学习和工作的效率,促成人们形成适应新时代的行为理念。但我们也不能否认,网络是本世纪最大的一把双刃剑。它像以往任何一次技术革命一样,给人类带来伦理道德上的困惑,网络上的行为方式亦为传统的人类行为方式打来极大的冲击。
