目的:观察妊娠期糖尿病母体血清和脐血内脂素水平,分析其与新生儿体重、新生儿性别、Ponderal指数(PI值)的相关性。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法测定36例妊娠期糖尿病和40例正常妊娠孕妇血清和脐血内脂素水平,测定新生儿体重及身高、孕妇体重及身高,计算Ponderal指数及孕妇BMI指数。结果:GDM组新生儿PI指数与正常对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。GDM组母体血清、脐血内脂素水平高于正常对照组(P<0.05),GDM组和正常对照组脐血内脂素水平均与新生儿PI指数呈负相关(r=-0.479,P<0.05;r=-0.336,P<0.05)。结论:GDM组母体血清、脐血内脂素水平明显上升,并与新生儿PI指数呈负相关,提示内脂素可能参与了胎儿的宫内发育过程。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the levels of serum and cord blood lipids in gestational diabetes mellitus (DM), and analyze the relationship with neonatal weight, neonatal sex and Ponderal index (PI). Methods: The levels of serum and cord blood lipids in 36 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus and 40 cases of normal pregnant women were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Body weight, body weight and body weight were measured. The Ponderal index and BMI index of pregnant women were calculated. Results: There was a significant difference in neonatal PI index between GDM group and normal control group (P <0.05). The GDM group had higher level of serum and cord blood visfatin than that of the normal control group (P <0.05). The levels of cord blood visfatin in the GDM group and the normal control group were negatively correlated with the PI index (r = -0.479, P <0.05; r = -0.336, P <0.05). Conclusion: The GDM group of maternal serum and cord blood visfatin levels increased significantly, and negative correlation with PI of neonates, suggesting that visfatin may be involved in fetal intrauterine development.
