目的探讨采用手术方式治疗矢状窦旁脑膜瘤(PSM)的疗效和安全性。方法 30例PSM患者均采用传统手术方式治疗,分析临床总体效果,并对不同临床分型患者的治疗情况进行分析。结果全组患者临床治疗良好率为73.3%,复发和死亡率均为3.3%,并发症发生率为6.7%。Ⅰ型患者的临床治疗情况最优,Ⅲ型患者临床治疗情况相对较差(P<0.05)。结论采用传统手术方式治疗PSM时,应根据临床分型选择合理术式,以改善治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of surgically treating saphenous sinus meningioma (PSM). Methods Thirty patients with PSM were treated by traditional surgical methods, the overall clinical effect was analyzed, and the treatment of patients with different clinical types was analyzed. Results The good rate of clinical treatment in all the patients was 73.3%, the recurrence and mortality rates were 3.3%, and the complication rate was 6.7%. Type Ⅰ patients had the best clinical treatment, and type Ⅲ patients had relatively poor clinical treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion When traditional surgical treatment of PSM should be based on the clinical classification of reasonable surgical procedures to improve the therapeutic effect.
