《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》要求幼儿应该“具有自尊、自信、自主”的表现。据此,教师在幼儿园一日生活中开展了自主阅读、自主就餐、自主游戏等体现幼儿自主性的活动。可是,游戏过程中常常会出现一些不和谐的画面:阅读区里图书扔得到处都是;户外活动为了能得到心仪玩具争抢现象比比皆是……如何在自由和规则之间找到一个嫁接点,以帮助幼儿建立规则意识呢?我以大班区域游戏“美工坊”为例,谈谈自己的实践体会。
