白内障手术前应用自制镜架式眼球压迫器压迫眼球15～20分钟,结果表明:术中玻璃体的脱出率为6%,术后脱盲率为100%。白内障手术前以压迫器降压是一种较理想的降眼压方法。
Preoperative cataract surgery ophthalmic ophthalmic pressure with a self-made oppression ophthalmic 15 to 20 minutes, the results show that: intraocular vitreoma prolapse rate was 6%, 100% after the blindness rate. Compressor decompression before cataract surgery is a more ideal method of lowering intraocular pressure.
