中旅拟购世界之窗全部股权 香港中旅国际投资有限公司表示,由于深圳世界之窗经营情况良好,他们将研究购买深圳世界之窗全部股权。 中旅国际投资曾于上市前与中旅社订立协议,授予他们一项在深圳世界之窗开业后18个月内的行使权,可向中旅社购买其余51％的股权。目前他们正研究行使该项购买权的可能性,有决定后便向外公布。
CTS to Acquire All Equity of Window of the World CTS International Investment Co., Ltd. said that as Shenzhen Window of the World operates well, they will study the purchase of the entire equity interest in Shenzhen Window of the World. CMB International Investment had entered into an agreement with CTS prior to listing to grant them a right of exercise within 18 months of the opening of the Shenzhen Window of the World to purchase the remaining 51% of the equity interest from CTS. At present, they are studying the possibility of exercising the call, and they will announce the decision after making a decision.
