工业锅炉是工业生产的主要热力设备,量大面广,耗能很大,如何提高锅炉的热效率是节能的重要途径之一。去年本省曾对工业锅炉和耗能设备的技术状况作了全面的调查,现据调查资料分析並结合实践对我省工业锅炉的现状、存在问题、和如何提高热效率方面谈谈自己的看法。一、我省工业锅炉的现状据全省工业锅炉技术状况的调查资料统计,全省拥有蒸发量0.5吨/时以上的工业锅炉(不包括电站锅炉)3431台,总蒸发量7,196吨/时。按蒸吨大小分:4吨/时以上的锅炉697台,2吨/时(包括2吨/时)以下的锅炉2,734台。按燃烧方式分:机械及半机械化层燃炉1,007台(链条炉863台、往复炉36
