目的 :观察低压低氧环境对胎鼠海马神经元NMDA受体数目和通道特性的影响。方法 :采用原位杂交和膜片钳观察NMDA受体的数量和功能。结果 :胎鼠低压低氧后 ,NMDA受体数量和通道开放机率减少 ,通道开放时间常数减少 ,通道关闭时间常数增加。结论 :低压低氧影响到胎鼠NMDA受体的发育 ,提示低压低氧环境下大鼠的学习记忆可能受到影响
Objective: To observe the effects of hypobaric hypoxia on NMDA receptor number and channel characteristics in fetal rat hippocampal neurons. Methods: The number and function of NMDA receptors were observed by in situ hybridization and patch-clamp. Results: After hypobaric hypoxia, the number of NMDA receptors and the channel opening probability decreased, the time constant of channel opening decreased, and the time constant of channel closure increased. CONCLUSION: Hypobaric hypoxia affects the development of fetal rat NMDA receptors, suggesting that learning and memory may be affected in rats under hypobaric hypoxia
