由于空气洁净技术的迅速发展,研究和开发新型过滤器成为一个重要课题。建立了新型纤维过滤器的结构设想,同时建立了过滤器的物理模型及过滤阻力和过滤效率的数学模型。运用数值计算方法,解出气流在过滤器通道内的三维流场及过滤阻力;运用气溶胶粒子的“极限轨迹法”和“概率密度法”求得过滤效率;通过对八种不同开孔率和厚度的新型过滤器样品进行过滤阻力和过滤效率的实验研究,并与数学模型的预测值进行对比,验证了所建模型的正确性文章还分析了过滤器结构参数和运行参数对过滤阻力和过滤效率的影响规律。
