我院1985～1992年共收治成人型肾盂输尿管(盂管)连接部狭窄15例。男9例,女6例。年龄22～55岁,平均32岁。左侧6例,右侧8例,双侧1例,病程1～10年。术前IVP检查,患肾未显影3例,淡影2例。重度积水6例,中度积水7例,轻度积水2例。术前诊断肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄15例,术中证实。盂管连接部腔内狭窄7例,迷走血管4例,输尿管瓣膜2例,输尿管高位连接及纤维带压迫双侧1例,瘢痕压
Our hospital from 1985 to 1992 were treated adult ureteropelvic (spongy) junction stenosis in 15 cases. 9 males and 6 females. Age 22 to 55 years old, average 32 years old. Left in 6 cases, right in 8 cases, bilateral in 1 case, duration of 1 to 10 years. Preoperative IVP examination, kidney development in 3 cases, 2 cases of light. Severe hydrocephalus in 6 cases, 7 cases of moderate water, mild water in 2 cases. Preoperative diagnosis of ureteropelvic junction stenosis in 15 cases, confirmed by surgery. 7 cases of intraluminal stenosis, 4 cases of vagal vessels, 2 cases of ureteral valve, high ureteral connection and compression of the fibrous band in 1 case, scar pressure
