[目的 ]了解江门市区冷饮食品卫生质量情况。 [方法 ]对历年来冷饮卫生的本站监测资料和专项工作总结进行统计分析。[结果 ]1 95 7- 2 0 0 0年监测样品总合格率 81 .5 %(9772 / 1 1 996 )。 4个不同时期的合格率呈逐步升高 ,其中 1 95 7- 1 970年 6 2 %,1 971 - 1 980年 6 9.6 %,1 981 - 1 990年 84 .1 %,1 991 - 2 0 0 0年 94 .9%。汽水、矿泉水、饮料类合格率最高96 .2 %,含豆、乳 1 0 %以上冷冻品类合格率 85 %,含乳 1 0 %以下冷冻类合格率 71 .2 %。 [结论 ]4 1年来冷饮卫生总体水平良好。
[Objective] To understand the hygiene quality of cold food in Jiangmen city. [Method] Carrying on the statistical analysis to the monitoring data and the special work summary of the station hygiene over the years. [Results] The total qualified rate of monitoring samples from 1995 to 2000 was 81.5% (9772/1 1 996). The passing rate in 4 different periods showed a gradual increase, of which 62.2% in 1997-1997, 6 9.6% in 1971-1 9806, 84.1% in 1981-1909, and 1 991-200 in 1991 0 0 years 94 .9%. Soft drinks, mineral water, beverages, the highest pass rate of 96.2%, with beans, milk 10% above the pass rate of 85% frozen, frozen milk below 10% passing rate of 71.2%. [Conclusion] The overall level of cold drinks hygiene is good in 4 years.
