采用微波超声波组合法合成了3个不同形貌的纳米氧化锌样品,对样品的组成及形貌进行了表征,并测定了所合成3个样品对金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)的抑菌活性.结果表明,所合成的3个样品分别为高纯度的花状多级结构(样品1)、纺锤状结构(样品2)及均一的棱柱状结构(样品3)纳米氧化锌.在紫外光照射后样品均具有明显抗菌活性,3个样品的抑菌活性由大到小的顺序为:棱柱状,花状,纺锤状.其中,棱柱状纳米氧化锌在浓度为3g/L时的抑菌圈为15.3mm,在浓度为0.1g/L时的抑菌率可达89.74%.
Three different morphologies of nano-sized ZnO samples were synthesized by microwave ultrasonic method. The composition and morphology of the sample were characterized. The antibacterial activities of the three samples on the inhibition of S. aureus (Sample 1), spindle structure (sample 2) and uniform prismatic structure (sample 3) nanosized zinc oxide were obtained.The results showed that the synthesized three samples were high purity flower-like multistage structure The samples showed obvious antimicrobial activity after irradiation, and the antibacterial activities of the three samples were in the order of prism, flower and spindle.Among them, the bacteriostasis of prismatic nano-ZnO at the concentration of 3g / L The circle is 15.3mm, and the antibacterial rate can reach 89.74% when the concentration is 0.1g / L.
