随着我国新的房地产行业相关政策的陆续颁布和实施,房地产行业的相关企业将面临新一轮的机遇和挑战。建筑施工企业作为房地产行业重要的的组成部分在管理上有着自己的特点和问题。但是面对新的机遇和挑战,就有必要作出新的调整以能够更好的适应经济的发展和自身发展的需要。基于目前建筑施工行业在实施项目管理中所存在的问题和创新的意义上的探讨,我们简要的制定出一些创新的措施和建议。
As China’s new real estate industry related policies promulgated and implemented one after another, the real estate industry related companies will face a new round of opportunities and challenges. As an important part of the real estate industry, construction enterprises have their own characteristics and problems in management. However, in the face of new opportunities and challenges, it is necessary to make new adjustments so as to be able to better adapt to the needs of economic development and self-development. Based on the current problems encountered in the implementation of project management in the construction industry and the significance of innovation, we briefly set out some innovative measures and suggestions.
