为了减少青光眼术后成前房,获得良好滤枕,保持眼压持续正常。采用:(1)在做结膜瓣前先行角膜穿刺,放出少许前房液。(2)做带蒂巩膜瓣并使蒂部向内翻转。10—0线固定蒂部两侧。结果:44例青光眼滤过术后获得正常前房(P<0.05)。良好的滤枕和长时间维持正常眼压。结论:该两项技术的应用,提高了青光眼滤过手术的成功率,延长了滤过功能时间。
In order to reduce postoperative glaucoma into anterior chamber, get a good filter, keep the intraocular pressure continued normal. Using: (1) before doing conjunctival flap corneal puncture, release a little anterior chamber fluid. (2) Make pedicled scleral flap and turn pedicle inward. 10-0 wire fixed pedicle on both sides. Results: Forty-four patients underwent glaucoma filtration and acquired normal anterior chamber (P <0.05). Good filter pillow and long-term maintenance of normal pressure. Conclusion: The application of the two techniques improves the success rate of glaucoma filtration surgery and prolongs the filtration function time.
