目的:观察芩连温胆汤与散结丸联合西药治疗重症肺胀的临床疗效与患者治疗前后的生活质量、脑钠肽(BNP)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的变化。方法:选取111例重症肺胀患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组56例和对照组55例。对照组给予西药治疗,研究组在对照组用药基础上加用芩连温胆汤与散结丸治疗,比较2组总有效率与不良反应发生率,以及2组治疗前后的圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评分、BNP与TNF-α水平。结果:总有效率研究组为87.5%,高于对照组的70.9%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率研究组为7.1%,对照组为5.5%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,2组SGRQ评分、BNP与TNF-α水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组的SGRQ评分、BNP与TNF-α水平均低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芩连温胆汤与散结丸联合西药治疗重症肺胀患者疗效显著,能有效降低患者的SGRQ评分、BNP与TNF-α水平,且不良反应少。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Qinlian Wendan Decoction and Sanjie Pill combined with Western medicine in the treatment of severe pulmonary distension, and the changes of the quality of life, brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in patients before and after treatment. Methods: A total of 111 cases of severe pulmonary intubation were selected as study subjects, and randomly divided into study group (56 cases) and control group (55 cases). The control group was treated with western medicine. The study group was treated with Qinlian Wendan Decoction and Sanjie Pill on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared, and the Saint George’s Respiratory Questionnaire (before and after treatment) SGRQ) score, BNP and TNF-α levels. Results: The total effective rate was 87.5% in the study group, which was higher than 70.9% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.1% in the study group and 5.5% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in SGRQ score, BNP and TNF-α levels between the two groups (P> 0.05). After treatment, SGRQ score, BNP and TNF-αlevel of the study group were lower than those before treatment and after the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Qinlian Wendan Decoction and Sanjie Pill combined with western medicine have significant curative effect on patients with severe pulmonary distension, which can effectively reduce the level of SGRQ, BNP and TNF-α in patients with less adverse reactions.
