在制造燕尾样板时,测量样板燕尾处的距离,一般先算出测量棒之间的距离,再用外径千分尺测量实际距离,将两种结果进行比较,就可确定是否合格。如果样板尺寸过大或厚度过小(2mm 以下)或 H 过深,则用上述方法就不方便,且很不准确。为此,我们设计制造了一个简易检验工具,介绍如下:简易检验工具由检具体0、检验棒2和压紧螺钉3组成,见附图。使用时,先将样板挂在检验棒上,并与枪具体平面贴紧,然后用角尺靠样板底边,待靠好后即拧紧压紧螺钉,使之压紧样板。最后在另一燕尾处放上一检验棒,便可进行测量。如果精度要求不高,可用高度尺测量;如果要求较高,则可用百分表测
