患儿,男,7岁。因肥胖、智力落后四年于1992年7月6日入院。患儿系第一胎,足月剖腹产,出生体重3.7kg。3岁前生长、发育及智力均正常。3岁后始肥胖,半年内体重增加10kg。此后每年体重增加约3kg。进食量明显增多,无多饮多尿。生长发育缓慢、矮小,智力明显落后于同龄儿。同时发现视力下降,动作笨拙。曾于院外减肥治疗无效。既往健康,父母非近亲婚配,家族无类似患者。
