锅炉安全监察规程和锅炉专业部颁83年标准规定,锅炉受压元件对接焊缝须经100%的无损探伤。凡发现超标缺陷,均须返修直至最终合格,以确保焊缝质量和锅炉安全。同时还规定,焊缝同一位置返修不得超过三次,以避党因多次返修而造成焊缝反热影响区应力集中和机械性能下降。为了给受压元件对接焊缝质量以定量的评定,《工业锅炉质量分等规定》要求考核“受压元件对接焊缝无损探伤一次合格率。”。尽管历次的《质量分等规定》对
