在春、秋两季大棚内,对263份黄瓜核心种质进行了成株期白粉病抗性的田间评价。结果显示:春季表现免疫、高抗和抗病的种质共计52份,感病和高感种质183份,分别占全部鉴定种质的19.8%和69.6%。秋季两类种质分别为75份和125份,占28.5%和47.5%。比较春、秋两季的抗性评价结果发现,83份种质在不同季节对白粉病的抗性表现为同一级别,抗性稳定率为31.6%。140份种质在秋季的抗性级别高于春季,40份种质的变化趋势相反。方差分析结果表明,不同种质和不同季节黄瓜对白粉病的抗性表现均达到极显著水平。通过重复鉴定,共筛选获得14份高抗白粉病黄瓜种质。
In the greenhouse of spring and autumn, 263 cucumber core germplasms were field-tested for powdery mildew resistance in adult plants. The results showed that there were 52 germplasm which showed immunity, high resistance and disease resistance in spring, 183 susceptible and high susceptible germplasm, accounting for 19.8% and 69.6% of the total germplasm respectively. The two types of autumn germplasm were 75 and 125, accounting for 28.5% and 47.5% respectively. Compared with the spring and autumn resistance evaluation results, 83 germplasm showed the same level of resistance to powdery mildew in different seasons, and the resistance stability rate was 31.6%. The resistance level of 140 germplasms in autumn was higher than that in spring, and 40 germplasm showed the opposite trend. Analysis of variance showed that the cucumber resistance to powdery mildew in different germplasm and different seasons all reached the extremely significant level. A total of 14 high resistance to powdery mildew cucumber germplasm were screened through repeated identification.
