建立了测定抗感冒药中盐酸伪麻黄碱、扑尔敏、氢溴酸右美杀芬的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)。色谱柱为苯基反相柱 ,以乙腈—水—磷酸=38∶62∶0.1 ,再加入适量的十二烷基硫酸钠为流动相 ,流速为1.5mL/min ,检测波长为220nm ;当浓度为0.05~0.45mg/mL时 ,浓度与峰面积比呈线性关系(γ=0.9992~0.9997) ,平均加标回收率为99.27 %~100.04 %(RSD=0.31 %~0.71 %) ;相对标准偏差为0.49 %~0.73%。
A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed for the determination of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, chlorpheniramine and dextromethorphan hydrobromide in anti-cold medicines. The column was a reversed-phase column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid = 38:62:0.1, and then an appropriate amount of sodium dodecyl sulfate was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.5 mL / min with a detection wavelength of 220 nm. (0.05 ~ 0.45mg / mL). The average recoveries were 99.27% -100.04% (RSD = 0.31% -0.71%). The relative standard deviations were 0.49% ~ 0.73%.
