给出了轧辊淬火过程中的温度场及热应力场的有限元计算。计算中利用沸腾传热理论处理了非线性边界条件。并在求解温度场的基础上按热弹塑性理论计算了应力场及最终的残余应力。计算结果与实验结果进行了比较。
The finite element calculation of temperature field and thermal stress field during roll quenching is given. In the calculation, the nonlinear boundary conditions are treated by the theory of boiling heat transfer. Based on the solution of the temperature field, the stress field and the final residual stress were calculated according to the theory of thermal elasto-plasticity. The calculated results are compared with the experimental results.
