“治未病”是一个既古老而又前沿的命题,体现了中医学先进和超前的医学思想。“治未病”一词始见于两千年前的《黄帝内经》:“圣人不治己病治未病,不治已乱治未乱,此之谓也。”经过几千年来的不断充实和完善,“治未病”逐步形成了具有深刻内涵的理论体系。倡导人们珍惜生命,注重养生,防患于未然,其思想价值奠定了医学理论的基础和医学的崇高目标,“上工治未病”成为历代医学家追求的至高境界。几年前,吴仪副总理提出了开展“治未病”的工作要求。有关部门进行了大量探索性工作。国家中医药管理局承担了“十一五”国家科技支撑计划“中医‘治未病’及亚健康干预”项目,正在试行一项简称 KY3H的健康保障服务模式,积极探索一个融预防、保健、养生、康复于一体的中国特色预防保健服务体系。日前由国家中医药管理局主办的首届“治未病”高峰论坛暨“治未病”健康工程启动仪式在北京举行,有关领导以及来自不同学科的专家就“治未病”理论的继承和创新进行了深入研讨。 “Cure disease ” is not only an ancient and cutting-edge proposition, embodies the medical advanced and advanced medical thinking.
