对云南省玉溪市9县1区10年间5岁以下儿童死亡监测质量进行评价分析,并探讨提高儿童死亡监测质量控制的有效途径和方法。玉溪市10年监测的结果显示:监测效应不断扩大,漏报、重报逐年减少,出生漏报率<6％,死亡漏报率<10％。实践表明:网络运行必须有章可循,保障措施必须适应不断变化的情况。 To evaluate and analyze the quality of death monitoring of children under 5 years old in 9 counties and 1 district of Yuxi city in Yunnan province in 10 years and to explore effective ways and methods to improve the quality control of child death monitoring. The results of 10 years of monitoring in Yuxi City show that the monitoring effect is constantly expanding, omission of reporting, decreasing year by year. The rate of missing rate of birth is less than 6% and the rate of false negative rate of death is less than 10%. Practice shows that: network operation must be rule-based, safeguard measures must be adapted to changing conditions.
