本文阐述了提高光学积分器均匀化效果的几个有关问题;文中结合实例计算分析了光学积分器投影镜组的离焦并提出了最佳离焦量的经验公式。在太阳模拟器中光学积分器是一个重要的光学部件。关于它的光学结构和工作原理在其它文章中已有阐述,本文只简述提高光学积分器成像时均匀化效果的几个有关问题,并较详细地讨论分析积分器投影镜组的离焦效果。
In this paper, several problems about improving the homogenization effect of the optical integrator are described. In the paper, the defocusing of the optical integrator projection lens assembly is analyzed and the empirical formula of the optimal defocus amount is proposed. Optical integrator is an important optical component in the solar simulator. About its optical structure and working principle has been described in other articles, this article only briefly to improve the optical integrator imaging homogenization of several related issues, and in more detail to analyze the integrator projection lens defocus effect .
