目的探讨并分析在异位妊娠患者中应用循证护理的临床效果。方法将2016年5月至2017年4月期间在本院接受治疗的异位妊娠患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,40例/组。给予对照组患者常规的护理干预措施,给予观察组患者循证护理,对比分析两组患者的护理效果情况。结果经过实施相应的护理后,观察组患者的护理总满意度(97.50%)与对照组(75.00%)相比更高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SAS评分、SDS评分与对照组相比更低,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在异位妊娠患者中实施循证护理,可明显提高患者的护理满意度,缓解患者的不良情绪,可以在临床中广泛应用。
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with ectopic pregnancy. Methods 80 cases of ectopic pregnancy treated in our hospital from May 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases / group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing interventions, and the evidence-based nursing was given to the observation group. The nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results After the corresponding nursing, the total nursing satisfaction (97.50%) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (75.00%), the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The SAS score, SDS score lower than the control group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of evidence-based nursing in patients with ectopic pregnancy can significantly improve patient satisfaction with nursing and relieve the patient’s bad emotions, which can be widely used in clinical practice.
