对94例老年人作口服75g 葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)、胰岛素释放试验(IRT),按公式计算胰岛素释放指数(IDI),并与62例正常成年人、23例老年可疑糖尿病者及10例老年糖尿病者进行比较,以观察老年人胰岛素分泌功能及其差异。
Oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) and insulin release test (IRT) were performed on 94 elderly people. The insulin release index (IDI) was calculated according to the formula and was compared with 62 normal adults, 23 elderly patients with suspected diabetes and 10 elderly patients Diabetic patients were compared to observe the elderly insulin secretion and its difference.
