三沙平原水库是用来解决成潮期间生活和工业供水的调节水库,水库为江滩围堤筑成。水库总库客为180万m3,有效库容为150万m3。由于水库年代较久,工程老化, 部分堤段出现不均匀沉降,最大累计沉降量达61.4m,导致水库部分堤段粘土防渗斜墙顶高程下降,水库蓄水位只能控制在7.8m以下,比正常蓄水位减小0.5m,有效库容减少,供水量减少。为保证水库安全正常运行,改善水库粘土防渗墙防渗效果,在维持水库供水不间断的前提下,通过多种方案比较,最终选用高压喷射水泥技术,对三沙水库不均匀沉降堤段进行防渗加固,并取得较好的工程效果。

In order to ensure the normal operation of reservoir safety and improve the anti-seepage effect of clay clay cutoff wall, under the premise of maintaining the continuous water supply of reservoir, through the comparison of various schemes, the high pressure jet cement technology is finally selected to carry out the non-uniform settlement subsidence of Sansha Reservoir Anti-seepage reinforcement, and achieved better engineering results.
