制定膳食营养素供给量(以下简称膳食供给量)并不容易。精确的人体观察数据不多,有些年龄组人群的材料根本没有。个体的营养需要不同,对于一般疾病的反应也不同。制定标准时首先要听取各方面的意见,然后决定采用估计的平均最低生理需要量加上个体变化的上限以保安全,还是采用想象中的理想适宜供给量。
It is not easy to set dietary nutrient supply (hereinafter referred to as dietary supply). Accurate human observation data is small, some age groups, there is no material. Individuals have different nutritional needs and respond differently to common diseases. The first step in standard setting is to listen to opinions from various sources and then decide whether to adopt the estimated average minimum physiological requirements plus the upper limits of individual changes for safety or to use the imagined ideal fit supply.
