随着社会的快速发展,对人才的要求越来越高,基于此现状,高等教育做出改革,制定出一种新的人才培养体制“3+4”中职与本科衔接模式。这种模式是高等教育升学招考体制和人才培养体制的突破,意在系统化培养基于中职的本科层级的技术技能人才。但是,一种新的体制的实行都会有一个摸索前进的时期。本文在“3+4”衔接模式特点的基础上,研究了其意义,提出了一些切实可行的实施途径,以形成有效的管理运行机制。
With the rapid development of the society, the demand for talents is getting higher and higher. Based on the current situation, higher education reforms and formulates a new talent training system “3 + 4 ” in secondary vocational education and undergraduate convergence mode. This model is a breakthrough in higher education enrollment system and personnel training system, intended to systematically cultivate technical skills based on the level of secondary vocational and technical personnel. However, the implementation of a new system will have a groping period. Based on the characteristics of the “3 + 4” convergence model, this paper studies its significance and puts forward some practical ways to form an effective management and operation mechanism.
